Refund policy

-Exchanges & Returns:

We offer a full return and/or exchange policy within 14 days of initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed in its original packaging*, unused, and in the same shelf-ready condition in which it was shipped, complete with an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:
We replace items only due to manufacturing defects and/or shipping damage. If you need to exchange for an identical item due to either of these issues, please contact us directly at tehara@fukuyama-ehara.com.

Returns:
Please note only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be refunded.

For any lost or missing package claims: please note your contact information will be passed to the local postal investigation team in your area for a case review before reshipment.
